- We do not collect any data about your device firmware updates

HOW THE APP WORKS
Our App is designed to:
- Connect to Hypoxic BLU2Pro and BLU2Lite devices via Bluetooth
- Download firmware updates directly from our servers to your device
- Install firmware updates locally on your connected hardware
- All operations are performed locally on your device
The App may access your device's photo library only when you manually select firmware files for device updates. No photos are stored, transmitted, or accessed beyond your explicit file selection.
BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY
The App uses Bluetooth to communicate with Hypoxic devices. This communication:
- Occurs only between your device and the Hypoxic hardware
- Does not transmit data to any external servers
- Is used solely for firmware update purposes
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
